Messages from Customers
You may receive messages from customers directly through this website if they use the message feature on your listing page.
All messages will be sent to your login account email. We recommend that you add a special filter and whitelist for "
noreply@email.belizing.com". All notifications from this website will be sent from that email. You will NOT be able to respond to that email. It is only a forwarding email.

If you manage multiple businesses, and create their listings under one login account, then messages from any of those business listings will go to the single login account email. We recommend using a general business email inbox available to multiple people on staff.The email message notifications will contain the message from the customer, with a button to view more details and reply on the website. You should click that button to open the message on the website. You can also login directly to the website and check your account

When you open the message details, you will have an option to reply to the customer directly from the website. This helps you keep the message thread in one place. Alternatively, you can copy the customer email from the website and continue the conversation via a direct email to the customer.
