Tropical Paradise Hotel is located at the South end of the main street on Caye Caulker.  Quiet area, great for lounging on the beach and reading a good book.  The Tropical Island Charm is felt in every part of the Hotel.  The restaurant is open for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner serving seafood and traditional Belizean Dishes.  Tours can be booked from the Hotel.

Cleaning public areas, beach chairs and gazebo areas has increased due to traffic
Housekeeping is limited to request only
Rooms are sprayed with a disinfectant solution in between cleanings
Rooms are closed for 24-48 hours between guests
Sanitation areas can be found around property

Check-in time is at 2:30pm & Check-out time is at 11am. Night Extension based on availability. Please visit our front desk before check out time. Late check out carries a fee. The Front Desk hours: 7:00am to 9:00pm daily.
Lost Room Key: a change lock fee fee will apply for this service.Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted within guest rooms and carry a penalty of BZ$250 per incident.

Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of BZ$100.00 is required at check-in via cash or credit card imprint. This is for incidental charges (tours, rentals, room damage, etc) and will be returned to you upon check-out.


Refunds: Booking is charged immediately, no refunds on specials, no refunds as a result of airline delays, strikes, weather conditions, travel advisories, hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
