Depending on the time of your stay and the lengh of your stay we can give you a discount. Please note that for Easter and Christmas higher rates apply.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, 100% if your arrival is within the next 30 days. Keep in mind that we require a minimum stay of 3 nights. We will process your booking immediately and will get back to you with all the information. To secure your booking a 50% deposit is required, 100% when booking is within the next 30 days. The booking is non-refundable.

We offer two self-contained apartments in a duplex building. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need and they have even their own little garden for relaxation.

The property of Maya Beach Rental - Simberts Apartments - is in a beautiful and quiet cul-de-sac with large local trees, providing lots of shade. We welcome guests with short stays and guests who want to stay for an extended period of time.

Exiting news! The Villas at Cocoplum are getting bigger. The developer started with the construction of new buildings. All amenities are fully functional. However, depending on the construction phase you will hear some noise during work hours (daily 7am-5pm). There is a construction privacy fence to reduce impact.
