At the bottom, you'll find your total. Click on NEXT STEP. Fill out the small form when prompted. Click GO TO PAYMENT DETAILS to complete and confirm your reservation.

We are the Jacobys! Steve, Jaime, Jasper, Rowan and Beluga Baby, our giant Newfoundland. The short story: Steve and I fell in love, traveled the world, got a 160-pound dog, had a baby and after obtaining various degrees and finding our professional standing (Steve as a CPA and me as a School Psychologist) and working crazy hard, too hard—no time for us. We decided to take a right turn on the highway of life. A simpler life beckoned. Instead of the 9 to 5 grind in bustling California, we first chose a place of beauty and nature.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PLACENCIA VILLAS

A 50% deposit is required to guarantee the reservation; the balance is due upon arrival. If a written cancellation is received 30 days or more before the arrival date, a full refund of the deposit will be given. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival date, there will be no refund.
