Please note that if there is a Rate Policy that appears under the Property Cancellation Policy then the Rate Policy will supersede the Property Policy.
Changes & Refunds - Individual Bookings HIGH/LOW SEASON (January 4 - December 19)
First night plus tax is due at booking
Full pre-payment due to reservation office 31 days prior to arrival
More than 31 days prior to the date of arrival at Hotel – 80% refund of your deposit
Cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival: No Refunds
Changes & Refunds - Individual Bookings PEAK SEASON (December 20 - January 3)
50% deposit required at time of confirmed booking – Non-refundable
Full pre payment due to reservations office 60 days prior to arrival – Non-refundable
Five night minimum stay required during PEAK season only.
All cancellations must be received in writing. We are pleased to make one complimentary change to your booking, subject to availability. Additional changes will be subject to an administration fee of $20.00 per change. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of your accommodations. No refunds due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather-related/natural disasters. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
**There will be no exceptions made to the timelines and amounts stated above. We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance once booking a reservation.
