Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received 91 days prior to arrival, a 95% refund will be given. For cancellations received 46-90 days prior to check-in, a 75% refund will be given. If a cancellation is received 45 days or less prior to arrival, no refund will be given.

Guarantee Policy:
25% deposit is required to confirm or payment due in full if less than 45 days before arrival.

All children under 16 years are charged $50 per night for extra beds. Any additional older children or adults are charged $50 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Pets are not allowed. Please inform Naïa Resort and Spa of your expected arrival time in advance. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
