Rates are for upstairs 4 bedroom 4 bath Villa the Habaru House or you can rent the ground level deluxe ocean front apartment.
Deposit will be required and returned vis the same form as the payment.

Description
Habaru House is a terrific home base for all your Belize adventures. Ideal for families, a gentle sloping beach with little or no walk by traffic on the beach. We are located on one of the nicest beaches in then country. Enjoy the beautiful oceanfront from the white sand beach or second floor-covered patio with its exotic cane ceiling. On the beach for your use are beach chairs, a lazy day hammock, and an outside charcoal grill.
South of the Village of Hopkins proper the Habaru House is 12-20 minute walk to 10 outstanding oceanfront restaurants and several road side eateries. Email me for a ‘map of Doug’s favorites’. The Village of Hopkins proper is a short bicycle ride away on one of our owner supplied bicycles.
The Habaru House living area is on the second and third floor (see floor plans in picture area). Local artwork and wall hangings enhance the atmosphere. If you choose to cook in you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with mahogany cabinets adjacent to the dining and living areas. Or have our housekeeper cook for you- she is an independent contractor.
The Habaru House also has a Deluxe ground floor Apartment for 2, Habaru 31G (VRBO 455442); Rented separately.

The 4-bedroom house has a second level common reading area with a queen size pull out sofa that can accommodate 2 people in the “winter” season. This home features all of the comforts of home; flat screen TV, cd player, appliances, reading materials. You will not be roughing it on this Belize adventure! Check out the photos.
Don’t feel like cleaning, cooking, or doing the laundry on vacation? We can arrange all of these for an additional charge. Make your vacation a true vacation!. Transportation to and from Dangriga airport or from BZE International is available.
A full time crew maintains our properties. They rake the beaches, arrange for the kayaks, and handle any of your concerns. Just ask!! We also have a river side property Bocatura Bank , nature preserve, that you are welcome to visit. Co-ordiante with Anthony. see VRBO 464737 for an overview.

All linens and mattress pads are washed with bleach additive. All pillows have double pillow cases. Floors and walls wiped down with disinfectant cleaning solution. NO SMOKING allowed in the building. Beds sprayed with lysol. Persons booking over 7 days will have a linen change per week.

Riverside, quiet, peaceful, birding
Bocatura Cabins are ideal for the naturalist, birder, fisherman who would like affordable, quality and clean accommodations. The Bocatura Bank is four acres with tall canopy trees, ... morefruit trees and a variety of landscaped shrubs. The property has 925 feet of river frontage. There is a 90' dock running parallel with the river. The dock is great for fishing and easy access for our kayaks. The river edges are a combination of mangroves, palm trees, and grassy edges. The river is a main outlet for the Cockscomb Basin and shares much of the same wild life. There is a lighted 500' walkway that connects the cabins.
“South Hopkins” (request our map) is home of three of the best ocean front restaurants in Belize. “South Hopkins is 2 miles from Bocatura. Or go into the village and eat at one of the local restaurants and enjoy a local cultural “Garifuna” dish.
Fred, our recent 78 year old guest bicycled to South Hopikins in 20 minutes, and to the village in 30 minutes. His favorite stop was the Oasis Cafe for high speed internet access and a smoothie.
Bocatura Bank is tucked in off the Sittee River road- see VRBO map- it is south of the Village about 3 miles, and 2 miles from “South Hopkins” with Belizean Dream, Hamanasi, and Jaguar Reef Resorts. The area is surrounded by jungle growth, plains grasses, and cane grasses. Bocatura Bank property is a well maintained 4 acres of trimmed lawn area. It is a paradise for birders.
An emergency cell phone is provided in each cabin. Additional minutes can be purchased at Diversity Cafe.
Cabin 2 is a 2 bedroom (1 queen, 2 twins) one sofa bed in great room ; Cabin 2 can sleep 5. It has a fully equipped full size kitchen and bath with a hot water shower. Cabin 3 queen and sofa bed can sleep 1 with 2 full bathrooms, cabin 4 queen bed sleeps 2. all cabins have full kicrhes.

VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between guest /renter listed in the VRBO summary for this transaction and the owner of the property listed on the web site and represented in Belize by Anthony Assi. Anthony is to be contacted if anything needs repair in the unit. 665-7015
The renter agrees to rent the residence listed in this agreement for the period of time specified in the VRBO or ABB rental statement for the fees specified in the VRBO or ABB agreement.
Renter agrees to first contact Anthony 665-7015 or Dana 653 4196 maintenance work on the property. Please take your kitchen garbage to the street side garbage can container. Place all dirty or used towels and linens on bathroom and bedroom floors, respectively, Please leave the home as you found it when you checked-in. Notify Anthony or Gil if you encountered any problems. Turn off the AC, all lights, TV, and stereo, etc.
