Booking Policy:
● 50% deposit is required to guarantee booking if arrival date is more than 30 days
● Balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
● 100% Full payment is due if arrival date is less than 30 days.
● Foreign currency exchange charges may apply depending on your bank.
Damage Deposit:
● An imprint of your credit card is required upon check in, as a security / damaged deposit.
● Strictly no smoking in the units or there will be an extra cleaning fee applied.
Cancellation Policy:
● Any booking cancelled 30 days prior to arrival receives a refund on deposit made, less 20% processing fee.
● Any booking cancelled less than 30 days of arrival is non-refundable.
● Comprehensive Travel insurance is highly recommended.
