Description
From the moment you book your stay, I begin to provide travel, island and unit information and assistance to getting over to the island. I want you to be comfortable and familiar on your travel days - even if this is your first visit!

I will be here to greet (mask on) you as you arrive at the property and will personally check you in. All of the villas have the comforts of home such as imported Serta king beds with soft sheets, strong Wifi, large TV’s, local cell phone, full kitchens, free laundry facilities, daily housekeeping and a Welcome Book full of recommendations from restaurants to tours when you stay with me. Every unit is sanitized, linens washed and all possible precautions taken to protect my guests. Your saftey and comfort is my highest priority.

Sanitization and Cleaning protocols in place
All public, high touch areas are cleaned several times a day. Units are cleaned and sanitized after each stay with a focus on all touch areas with bleach solution. Daily housekeeping is no longer offered to reduce the risk of contamination, however, fresh linens can be exchanged at any time. All linens are washed in 155 degree water and with soap and bleach.

F.A.Q
Yes! We have all the linens you will need during your stay and they can be exchanged for fresh ones at any time.
The property is gated and locked at all times with only registered guests having keys to access the property. There are also security cameras around the property and the owner lives on site.
While the individual units do not have safes, the property does have a safe that you can put documents and other valuables in. There has not been an issue with any theft or concern of safety.
There are 3 grocery stores and 2 fruit and veg stands within a 5 min walk of the property.
You can have your toes in the sand in less than a 2 minute walk from your front door! There are several swimming docks close by as well!
We are fortunate to be right down the street from several great bars - but far enough to not hear them! Crazy Canucks, Average Joe's, and Roadkill Bar are all a 2 minute walk with many more just a bit further!

Super cozy home away from home
Tropical Dream Villas has all the amenities of home if home was a beautiful island near the beach. Clean, well kept, great service, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and will return as soon as we can.

Beautiful accommodations with a wonderful host
We stayed here in Dec of 2019 and cannot say enough about the experience! The super comfortable KING SIZE bed and cool room was a pleasure to come back to after a day of discovering the island. Lisa was a perfect host with Information and recommendations for adventures and even a welcome social gathering on the patio! The room had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless! ... more We will definitely be back!!

Great host and experience!!
If you are looking for a place where you get the best mix of living like you already live here, AND always hoped you could get to hang out and know the owner, and have a faster track to feeling at home in a new place, this place can't be beat. Tucked Away Gem!
We visited in December 2019, and Tropical Dream Villas was awesome! They provided we wonderfully detailed info prior to arrival, and referred us to great tours and cart rental services. The hotel is tucked away --very quiet, but so close to everything at the same time. The units are perfect-everything you need is provided. Such gracious hosts too! We are definitely planning on staying again.

My favorite place to be!
Belize Tropical Villas with Lisa is amazing! She does a fantastic job making the property feel like a home away from home and her happy hours and appetizers are so much fun. She always has a list of things to do on the islan and has made a great Network there so people know exactly who to talk to to do things. Beautiful Belize
My husband & I stayed here for 10 nights in February 2020. From the time of booking onward, Lisa was there to answer all our questions. Our welcome included a whole manual of things to do, places to go, etc. ..........as well as some goodies to snack on our first night there. Lisa & her husband were always available to help, with renting golf carts, to finding scent-free laundry facilities, to even ... more driving us to a restaurant themselves, when our taxi didn’t show. Their weekly cocktail parties are great. We were even invited to their Super Bowl party. One block from the beach, & a 15-minute walk to downtown. You can’t go wrong if you book with Lisa! Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to stay! I can’t say enough good things about Lisa who is an excellent host! My husband and I stayed the entire month of February and Lisa helped us with a golf cart and with places to go! The beds were super comfy and the apartment was very clean! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
