If you’re looking for a small and friendly, boutique beach resort experience then we’re glad you found us! Our interiors are spacious and modern while our outdoor areas are tranquil and extremely well kept. We pride ourselves on our beautiful beach, quiet location, and excellent staff! The AG| Belize team has been together for many years, and your experience with us - as well as on the island - is our top priority.


We have a beautiful infinity pool with a waterfall.
We are approx. 2 miles South of San Pedro – that translates into a 15-minute golf cart or taxi ride (no water taxi necessary!). No restaurant on-site, but a few options within a couple of minutes' walk.
We provide beach towels by the activities center.
We offer a complimentary coffee bar each morning
We offer complimentary wireless internet around our common and pool area, as well as in the suites.
We provide a small bag of laundry detergent, bathroom toiletries, coffee & sugar, salt & pepper, one roll of paper towels, a few dishwashing pods, and daily housekeeping.

We are a smaller, boutique property, which translates into a personalized experience and service being top priority.
We do not add on an additional 10% Service Charge like most other properties – ours is only 5%.
We have an on-site activities center where all your tours can be booked.
We have free bikes, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and paddleboards for our guests to use.
We have on-site golf cart rentals.
We have a full-service bar with wet bar access.
We have padded beach loungers, umbrellas, and hammocks around our pool and on our beach.

Property cancellation policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Changes & Refunds - Individual Bookings HIGH/LOW SEASON
First night plus tax is due at booking
Full pre-payment due to reservation office 31 days prior to date of arrival
Cancellations more than 31 days prior to the date of arrival – 80% refund of your deposit
Cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival: No Refunds

Changes & Refunds - Individual Bookings PEAK SEASON
50% deposit required at time of confirmed booking – Non-refundable
Full pre payment due to reservations office 60 days prior to arrival – Non-refundable
Five night minimum stay required during PEAK season only.

All cancellations must be received in writing. We are pleased to make one complimentary change to your booking, subject to availability. Additional changes will be subject to an administration fee of $20.00 per change. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of your accommodations. No refunds due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather-related/natural disasters. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

**There will be no exceptions made to the timelines and amounts stated above. We strongy recommend you to purchase travel insurance once booking a reservation.

If you have put the incorrect number of guests in your reservation form please contact us
ASAP and we can correct it for you. If you do not correct it in advance the additional person
charges will be due when you arrive at AG| Belize.
